About Bryan Z Pope
During my life I have focused on making myself the perfect life. I have designed my life to maximize my pleasure, profit, and freedom. I knew I never wanted to work 9 to 5 and 40 hours a week. That lifestyle has very little benefit. On the other hand, I knew I wanted to have money to be able to do the things I wanted. I’ve experimented with many different options for creating this lifestyle I have now. Poker has been my most successful way of attaining this.
I have been a professional poker player since 2006. I started out playing small MTT’s on hollywood poker. I read every poker book I could find but eventually I got coached on cash games by a close friend of mine, Joe Morgan. From there I started to play cash games profitably. Now I consider cash games as my specialty. I have cashed in a few live tournaments. Including my 10th place finish in the WSOP shorthanded $5000 buy-in good for $63,941. I have played the WSOP main event two times with no cashes. You can find me in the games on Ultimate Bet and PokerStars on a regular basis. On these sites I have played up to 50/100 NL and have showed a profit in all stakes.
Even though I have 100% free time I am always busy. I am a traveler and Couchsurfing advocate. On CS my profile name is Letitgo. I organize meetings for travelers everywhere I go. I prefer to travel slowly so I can get to know people and build friendships.
I’m trying to explore all other methods of lifestyle design and location independent work. I’m interested in making my life the best possible and I want others to live the best possible life as well.
This has lead me to all sorts of possible lifestyle options that I want to share with everyone. Hopefully I can inspire someone here and there to do something that makes them a little happier. I will be sharing anything and everything that could could help, whether it be a funny story, a piece of wisdom, or anything else.
